Requesting Records and Information

Public Records
The City Secretary's Office is responsible for public records and other information, including all resolutions and ordinances that are adopted by the City Council as well as meeting information. 

Public records and other information can be requested from the City Secretary's Office by submitting a written request to:

Historical information that is not available from the City Secretary's Office may be obtained from the Heart of West Texas Museum (325-728-8285), Mitchell County Library (325-728-3968) or Mitchell County Historical Commission (325-728-8285).
